Ruth Hald is a business psychologist and executive advisor with more than two decades of experience supporting senior leaders and executive teams across industries.
She combines deep psychological foundation with a clear understanding of organizational and leadership dynamics.
Her background brings uncommon depth and precision to her advisory work, shaped by many years of practice and advanced postgraduate training in psychology and psychoanalysis.
After more than a decade in clinical practice, Ruth founded her own executive coaching and consulting firm. She has since partnered with global consultancies including Right Management, A&D Resources (Hogan Assessment Systems Denmark), and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).
